Gladiators Assigned DL Robert Rose

The Cleveland Gladiators of the Arena Football League were assigned DL Robert Rose on Wednesday.

Rose, 28, returns for his second season with the Gladiators, but first since 2014 where he appeared in ten games for Cleveland, registering 8.5 tackles and 1.5 sacks.

Rose spent time in NFL camps with the Seattle Seahawks, Miami Dolphins, and Dallas Cowboys as well as the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football league from 2010-12 before signing his first ever AFL contract with the Gladiators.

Prior to turning pro, the 6’5”, 300 lb. Rose played collegiately at The Ohio State University where he lettered all four seasons with the Buckeyes before making his move to the NFL.

Rose, a Cleveland, Ohio, native prepped at Glenville High School, located on the east side of downtown Cleveland.
