2009 SEASON TICKET HOLDER OPTIONS
(RELATED TO THE SUSPENSION OF THE 2009 SEASON)

The entire Gladiators organization would like to thank you for your support and patience. We are very dissapointed that the Arena Football League has suspended the 2009 season, but rest assured, the Arena Football League and the Gladiators are committed to coming back in 2010!

A Gladiators representative will be calling you to discuss the 2010 Incentive Plan and ticket refund options. You can also call the Gladiators offices at 216-685-9000. Please have your ticket account number available if you call in.

If you have paid your account in full, you are eligible for the 2010 Incentive Plan:

If you keep your money on your account, you will lock into 2009 prices for the 2010-2012 seasons, you will not be subject to any price increases during that three year period.
You will also receive one free ticket for each ticket on your account for the first home playoff game should the Gladiators host a home playoff game during the 2010-2012 seasons, like they did in 2008.

If you have money down and would like to participate in the 2010 Incentive Plan, you must pay your account in full.

If you do not wish to participate in the 2010 Incentive Plan, we will send you a full refund, this WILL include your $5 handling fee.

A refund check will be sent to you in approximately 2 weeks.
If you NEED to have your refund done by crediting your credit card, we can do that as well.
You can secure your current seat locations for the 2010 season by the TBD renewal date at 2010 prices.
